The principals of Williams Realty Group began their business careers as Indiana based retailers in 1970, growing their business into a highly successful chain with 30 Indiana locations. By the late 1970's they began to acquire some of the buildings they were occupying as tenants; thus becoming their own landlord. Having worked with many types of property owners over the course of their careers, they realized that they could be better landlords if they took a tenant sensitive approach to property ownership. By approaching every situation from both a tenant and landlord perspective WRG is able to form lasting relationships with all of our clients.
